Director of IT

Summary
We are looking for an experienced IT director with hands-on experience to oversee all IT operations in our organization and provide direction and support for IT solutions that enhance mission-critical business operations. You'll be responsible for managing employees within the IT department, liaising with other departments to ascertain their technological requirements, including external IT vendors and service providers, and developing solutions aligned with the organization's objectives.

IT Director Responsibilities:

Overseeing all IT operations leads the development and implementation processes for the organization's IT infrastructure, systems, and department.

Analyzes IT infrastructure and systems performance to assess operating costs, productivity levels, upgrade requirements, and other metrics and needs.

Oversee IT network and systems security. Facilitates security audits by identifying vulnerabilities, the need for upgrades, and opportunities for improvement.

Develop and implement ITIL best practices adhering to regulatory and CA Compliance. Provide strategies for simplifying the data framework.

Develop business case justifications and cost/benefit analyses for IT spending and initiatives. Ensure OpEx/CapEx forecasts align with the organization plan and make changes as needed to meet company and department financial objectives.

Junior Estimator

Summary
Estimating is an integral part of the Electrical Construction process. A Junior Estimator assists in gathering, calculating and compiling data for use in bid proposal estimates for one or more discipline areas and provides defined estimating services on both small and large, complex work. Accurate estimation ensures SASCO’s competitiveness, profitability and growth. Incumbents must have some relative experience in the electrical industry that can be applied to this position and be self-starters with focus and a commitment to ensuring SASCO’s standard of excellence.

Position Responsibilities:

Calculate various statistical data - quantity take-offs, material price lists, labor costs per man hour, equipment, etc.

Participate in developing project update and bid package estimate documents.

Maintain files of working documents for back-up to estimating figures.
