INCIDENT INVESTIGATION PROCESS
SASCO investigates all incidents and near misses. The process begins with the job site foreman. The Superintendent, the General Superintendent, the Project Manager, the Safety director, or a combination of the above, will conduct follow-up investigations. Root causes are determined and corrective action is implemented immediately. Job Foremen have full authority to act to protect their crews.
