LAX Central Utility Plant

This project involves a Design/Build replacement of the existing 50-year-old Central Utility Plant and Maintenance Facility with a more modern and energy efficient facility located in the Central Terminal Area at LAX. The new facility is a four story, 70,000 square foot building that will provide double the current capacity (20,000 tons) for air conditioning, heating and lighting of all terminals and various airport buildings.
